1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beelia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Beelia is a marketplace platform that enables users to discover, compare, and subscribe to AI tools. Beelia acts as an intermediary between tool creators and subscribers. We do not develop or maintain the AI tools listed on our marketplace.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Tool subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated price. Beelia retains an 18% platform commission; the remaining 82% goes to the tool creator. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Beelia Credits

Users may earn cashback credits (5% of subscription payments). Credits expire 90 days after being earned. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Beelia reserves the right to modify or discontinue the credits program at any time.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Tool creators are responsible for the accuracy of their tool listings, the quality and availability of their tools, and compliance with applicable laws. Beelia reserves the right to remove or suspend any tool listing that violates these terms or our content policies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Submitting fraudulent or misleading tool listings
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Scraping or automated data collection without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Beelia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party tools accessed through our marketplace. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Beelia in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your subscriptions will be cancelled and any unused credits will be forfeited.
